The Emotion-Filled Journey of the FPT Japan Seniority Awards Ceremony 2026

15, 20 or 25 years are not only milestones in time, but also journeys of growth, work achievements and family stories behind every FPT Japan employee.

On the evening of September 4 in Tokyo, the 2026 FPT Japan senior employee awards ceremony took place in a warm and intimate atmosphere with the participation of FPT Software Chairman Chu Thanh Ha and the FPT Japan leadership team.

This year, FPT Japan has 15 employees reaching the 15‑year mark, 15 employees reaching the 20‑year mark, and Ms. Quach Lieu Hoan who is special with 25 years of partnership with FPT Japan.

The milestones are recorded in the “youth passport”:

During the event, FPT Software Chairman Chu Thanh Ha congratulated the senior FPT Japan staff. She mentioned the “FPT Youth Passport” prepared by the organizing committee, which captures images of employees at various points of their journey with FPT.

Looking at these photos, Ms. Hà noted that the members appear much younger than they are now. Notably, this year there are two couples each marking 20 years with FPT: Mr. Ho Viet Hong – Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Nhu and Mr. Pham Duc Minh and Ms. Nguyen Tu Uyen. Together the couples have 40 years of service with FPT.

“You have all traveled a path with FPT, with youth and love for FPT,” Ms. Hà shared.

She also referred to the “resilient heart” image as a symbol for those who have steadfastly accompanied the company for many years. In her view, the 15, 20 or 25‑year milestones are important markers in each person’s career at FPT.

Ms. Ha said she truly admires the senior members, as she herself has only 6 years with FPT Software. Last year, when receiving the commemorative backpack, she also wanted a signature from the FPT Software leadership on it as a keepsake.

In 2026, Ms. Ha recalled her first visit to the FPT Japan office near Gotanda Station, when the team consisted of only 7 people. From that small office, FPT Japan has gradually expanded and matured, with many choosing to stay for 15, 20 and 25 years.

According to her, each person’s journey at FPT includes not only work but also family and personal stories. She mentioned colleagues she met when they were very young, now grown, with families and many life memories.

15, 20 years and the story of a team:

Continuing Ms. Ha’s remarks, Mr. Khac congratulated the members who have been with the company for many years. He recalled Ms. Quach Lieu Hoan’s Facebook post: “25 years, how many feelings.”

Amid the AI-driven changes in the tech industry, he said that staying with the company for 15 or 20 years and building one’s own team is something to be cherished.

It is not only about time worked, but also about building people, teams and shared values within the organization.

Messages that moved many to tears:

The most special recognition moment was when leaders personally escorted senior employees onto the stage to receive commemorative medals, badges, and plush toys.

Even more surprising, each employee also received another special gift: heartfelt messages from family, colleagues, and supervisors who have accompanied them throughout their FPT journey.

Some messages were expressed in poetry, some as slogans, some humorous, and others deeply affectionate.

Words such as “Dad is the best,” “I love you, Dad,” “Thank you for being with the family,” “Thank you for your effort, balancing work and caring for the family,” and “I love you” brought many employees to tears.

Thus, the 15, 20, or 25‑year milestones represent more than numbers. They also reflect completed projects, teammates who stood side‑by‑side, challenging periods, and the support of families.

25 years of Ms. Quach Lieu Hoan:

The most special milestone at this year’s ceremony belongs to Ms. Quach Lieu Hoan, who has 25 years of partnership with FPT Japan.

Sending a message to Ms. Hoan, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Vice President of FPT and CEO of FPT Software, recalled her pioneering journey to Japan with youthful ambition and building a career in the Japanese market.

According to Mr. Tuan, with her grace and Japanese language skills, Ms. Hoan helped FPT establish deep relationships with many large Japanese corporations.

“Hoan has devoted 25 years of her youth to FSOFT. Whenever the company faced difficulties, Hoan was always the one to step forward. She shows dedication and courage and takes on the most challenging tasks. We are very grateful that Hoàn has dedicated her whole youth to FSOFT, to FPT Japan,” Mr. Tuan shared.

Receiving messages from family, colleagues, and leaders, Ms. Hoan was moved and said: “All my youth belongs to FPT.”

She said that when she joined FPT, she realized it was a special environment where each person can be themselves, do what they love, and have colleagues and leaders become lifelong friends.

“FPT gave me a family, a life, both materially and spiritually. It is my second family, and I am truly touched,” Ms. Hoan shared.

Ms. Ha also expressed heartfelt thoughts on Ms. Hoan’s 25‑year journey and the senior members. She noted that a 25‑year path is not always only joyful; there are difficult moments when each person needs support and companionship from those around them.

With 33 years at FPT, Ms. Ha believes that the shared experiences create the unique value of FPT.

A gift from Hope School:

Another special gift at the program came from Hope School: fans decorated with images of senior employees.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Ha said this gift reflects the affection of the students toward the members who have long journeys with FPT. He plans to visit Hope School soon to meet the students.

The small fans become meaningful gifts, linking those who have walked with FPT for 15, 20, 25 years to the student generation that FPT supports.

Continuing the journey with FPT Japan

Closing the event, FPT Japan Chairman Tanihara shared his time at FPT and sent wishes to the employees who have been with the company for many years.

15, 20 or 25 years are numbers measured by time. But for each honoree, they also represent a journey filled with many milestones in work and life.

From the early days in Japan to the present, FPT Japan members have gone through many development phases together. The 2026 seniority awards ceremony is an occasion to look back on that journey, acknowledge contributions, and inspire the next steps.
