On October 16, FPT Japan held the graduation ceremony for miniMBA Class 16 – Class 96TCH, Academic Year 2025–2026, at its Mita Office in Tokyo. The event was attended by FPT Japan’s leadership and program graduates.
The ceremony recognized the graduates’ dedication and achievements throughout the program, marking an important milestone in their journey to enhance their management knowledge and capabilities.
Developed by FPT, the miniMBA program aims to nurture the next generation of managers and leaders. It combines management knowledge with practical insights from the Group’s senior leadership, helping strengthen management capabilities and prepare talent for future leadership roles.
The graduation ceremony marked the completion of one learning journey and the beginning of a new chapter, as graduates apply their knowledge in practice, continue their professional development, and contribute to FPT Japan’s growth.
