During the two days of September 16-17 at the Tech EXPO 2026 exhibition held at G Messe Gunma, FPT Japan attracted the interest of a large number of visitors with the collaboration of the MDE and BPO teams.
Tech EXPO 2026 is one of the business‑connecting exhibitions in the manufacturing and industrial sector in Japan, gathering about 200 companies, supporting organizations and many potential customers and partners. At the event, FPT Japan presented its technology solutions and services, and directly discussed with visitors the needs for digital transformation, operational optimization, and technology application in enterprises.
At the booth, FPT Japan showcased AI and Digital BPO solutions for manufacturing companies. Highlights include Manufacturing AI Solutions with AI applications in demand forecasting, quality management, equipment maintenance, and operational optimization; FleziHub KB, an AI‑powered knowledge management and information search platform; and Digital BPO, a model that combines AI and automation to boost productivity, reduce costs, and help enterprises accelerate digital transformation.
The results demonstrate the growing interest of companies in the AI and Digital BPO solutions offered by FPT, while also confirming the effectiveness of customer‑engagement activities at the exhibition.
Through participation in Tech EXPO 2026, FPT Japan continues to expand its presence in the local market, strengthen connections with Japanese manufacturing firms, and showcase FPT’s technological capabilities to a larger pool of potential customers.
