Share Your Ideas on FJP Moshi-Kaizen!
A process that needs simplifying, a task that could benefit from AI, or an idea to deliver better customer service? Sometimes, a small change suggested by the people who do the work every day can make a big difference.
From October 15 to December 15, FPT Japan is launching the internal campaign FJPer Voice to Action 2027, encouraging all employees to share improvement ideas through the FJP Moshi-Kaizen channel. This is not only an opportunity to speak up about everyday challenges, but also a chance to turn practical suggestions into action and contribute to FPT Japan’s Business Plan 2027.
Every Voice Can Make a Difference
Have you ever thought that a time-consuming task could be automated? That a process could be simplified? Or that an AI tool could help your colleagues work more efficiently?
These seemingly small ideas are often the starting point for meaningful improvement.
With the message “You see the problem. You speak up. FJP improves together,” the campaign encourages employees to identify challenges, propose solutions, and share insights from their daily work.
Ideas can cover a wide range of areas, including process optimization, productivity improvement, AI adoption, cost reduction, employee experience, risk management, and better customer service.
You do not need to have a fully developed solution before submitting an idea. Simply identifying a problem, explaining its impact, and suggesting a possible improvement is enough to get started.

Nine Weeks to Identify Our Priorities for 2027
Over the nine-week campaign, employees will be encouraged to explore topics such as productivity, process simplification, tools and AI, cost optimization, employee experience, and long-term growth opportunities.
In particular, every employee is invited to reflect on one key question:
If you could choose just one priority for FPT Japan in 2027, what would it be?
Insights from everyday work will help FPT Japan identify key challenges, uncover opportunities for broader improvements, and bring practical perspectives into Business Plan 2027.
Weekly challenges, the “Voice of the Week” initiative, and recognition of outstanding improvements will also help foster a culture of proactive contribution across FPT Japan.
Don’t Wait for Change. Start with You!
Every FPT Japan employee can participate by submitting a ticket through the existing FJP Moshi-Kaizen channel.
An idea does not have to be a major project or a groundbreaking innovation. It could be as simple as eliminating an unnecessary step, automating a manual task, or finding a better way to help colleagues save time.
Every promising idea can create opportunities for improvement, deliver tangible value, and inspire positive change across teams.
FJPer Voice to Action 2027 is more than an initiative to collect feedback. It is an opportunity for every employee to help shape how FPT Japan works and grows in the future.
