“Women are number 1” is the message that FPT Japan’s gentlemen send to the ladies on International Women’s Day.
On March 6, many FPT Japan branches organized events to celebrate International Women’s Day (March 8). At the Mita office, FPT Japan President Toru Tanihara, on behalf of the company leadership, extended greetings to the women. According to him, in production and business, women are a crucial factor supporting the work and lives of men to complete tasks. As usual, the men of FPT Japan presented gifts to celebrate the holiday. Bright smiles and happiness from receiving gifts replaced any words of thanks.
Other branches also held celebrations for International Women’s Day in a lively atmosphere dominated by pink, attracting participation from FPT Japan leadership and many staff members. At the events, women received plush bears, enjoyed pastries, and got many attractive gifts in a special program dedicated to them.
Representing the women at the office, Ms. Nguyễn Hà Trang (TrangNH74 – member of the Organizing Committee) shared that this was her first time preparing an event as a committee member. Although she was initially worried during the preparation, the smooth execution and enthusiastic response from everyone moved her deeply. Seeing the happy women receiving gifts, praising the pastries, and eagerly taking commemorative photos gave her extra motivation. She said the smiles of everyone are the most meaningful gift on International Women’s Day this year.
At Đại Liên, each female employee received a facial care tea box and a snack bread, creating a joyful and warm atmosphere in the office. Meanwhile, at FPT Shanghai, the women will attend an intimate dinner in the afternoon of the same day for networking and bonding.
