Participating in FPT Japan events, many are familiar with Mr. Trịnh Đức Trần Công Anh (EBS.SC). In 2025, he was honored as the Outstanding Employee of the unit, recognizing his contributions at work. Previously, he received a scholarship for a continuous 5 years of study in Japan and graduated with a master’s degree with a perfect GPA of 4.0.
Now a consultant with nearly three years at the company, Mr. Công Anh is a prominent face of EBS thanks to his professional competence and active participation in internal activities.
For him, work is always a top priority. To maintain a stable work rhythm, he believes each person needs to arrange time reasonably and proactively regenerate energy. After‑hours activities help him relieve stress, increase connection with colleagues, thereby creating additional motivation in the work process.
One of his memorable moments is the 2025 year‑end summary program of EBS. At the same event, he served as MC, performed singing and dancing, and was also honored as the Outstanding Employee of the department. Although the preparation process was stressful, he said the moment the program ran smoothly gave him a sense of pride.
Mr. Công Anh also has many memories from the Company Trip 2025. At that time, the EBS performance team participated with a modern dance piece and spent many weeks rehearsing. After work, members still practiced together until 9‑10 pm, fine‑tuning each move, formation and supporting each other to perfect the performance. According to him, the result of the piece lies not only in the award, but also in team spirit, perseverance and the shared experiences of the whole group.
Looking back on the journey so far, Mr. Công Anh says the FPT Japan environment helped him learn how to coordinate with many different teams, identify his strengths and develop pressure‑control skills. He says he will continue to maintain a learning spirit and participate in suitable activities to develop in his work.
